“The spork itself is amazing. The case is the specific problem. When the spork is out of the case, the magnets do their job and the lid stays closed. But when the spork is inside the case, the lid doesn’t stay closed. Almost like the magnets can’t reach each other. It could very well be just my spork case and that everyone else’s works just fine.”

Our team has done some testing of our own and found if it is put away incorrectly it makes the case difficult to close.
I know it sounds silly to ask, but are you sure the arrows are properly aligned on the spork?
