“We bought the Fellow Opus grinder and I have to say its been a total disaster. It continually clogs up and we have to take it apart and remove the coffee grinds- which is an unbelievably fiddly annoying process. This happens even on setting 6. Have been onto the company directly which is American who told me they cant help and to just contact the European distributor- finnish design shop. I think this is totally unsatisfactory- it's a very expensive machine and its driving us crazy. No response yet.I dotn hold much hope. It's either a terrible design or there's a fault- regardless- could not reccomend at all from product or response perspective thus far. We had a cheap 50 euro krups grinder for years-never gave a problem.”
“It has a great design, a small footprint and the best part for me is that it has low noise level.
For the grinding, you should find a grind level for your taste as it has, combined, more than 100 steps. I say combined because it has under the hopper one more selector.
For 20 grams of coffee it takes around 30 seconds.
It is true that it is from plastic, but I find it sturdy enough and it's probably one of the, if not the best in this category of price.
I would buy it again.”
