“It is a bit strange,, some soaks in and is hydrating but unfortunately the remainder just sits on top and becomes very sticky like glue. It actually makes it difficult to rub your lips together or drink from a straw without becoming one with it. Maybe it is only to be used as a nighttime treatment, and I am using it wrong as a daytime lip moisturizer/hydrator?”
