“I have used this lip serum religiously for the past 3+ years and love it. However when recently purchasing this kit, the first tube I used had a rancid/off smell. I contacted the company and was disappointed by their lack of accountability for perhaps a bad product in the bunch. They offered to send me a return label so they could test the product; however upon realizing I was in Canada refused to do so. I guess I purchased a 4-pack and really got a 3-pack because I had to throw one out. I expected better from this so-called INTERNATIONAL company. You've just lost a customer. I'll stick to Laneige in the future.”
