This is coming from a fair skinned with sensitive skin who did two rounds of accurate and has moderate rosacea prone to episodes of horrible flushing (think lobster with sunburn). I've been using this for a few years now and the results are undeniably great. My rosacea has greatly improved to a subtle red flow, minimal flushing episodes.
