“My flag was not delivered on time. I paid a $100+ plus for expedited delivery that never happened. Customer service was insulting and caring. Did not initiate an apology. Only offered to return half of my delivery fee and until I insisted to speak with a manager. That never happened nor have I even heard back from anyone in the company. Wow Customer service gets at -10”

“The order was completed but not shipped to arrive by the time as indicated on the invoice. I paid extra for expedited shipping to arrive by Friday September 11 and this date was noted on the invoice. I received the flags on Monday September 14. Customer service was very responsive and apologized for the inconvenience.”

“Flag mesurment is not accurate. I have reached out to customer service and gotten no response! Their measurment is including that stand that is already over priced. Please refund my money or replace with a larger flag! Order Date: 8/17/2026 Order ID: 91382813 Package Ref ID: b85829409”
