“Very unhappy. Color was completely wrong. Not just lighter version of color (due to one sided) but a completely different hue. Emails and pictures have been requested and sent, but still no effort has been made to remake or refund. Very unhappy”

“Great flag. Wish there was a way to better secure the pole to the stake but maybe that is how it has to be so it doesn't tear in a wind storm. The flag itself is nice but the lettering ran over the edge and wrapped to the other side. If what I sent was not accurate (I'm not a designer) they could have / should have contacted me and asked if I wanted to fix it or if they could fix it.”
