“Horrible experience! Flags did not print the way the mock-up showed. Chose to have no base because we didn’t need one and apparently that means it doesn’t come with poles either (wasn’t specified on site). Then it arrived a day later than the shipping said it would. Weren’t able to use them for our big event due to all the issues. Customer service wouldn’t make it right, so we will be taking our business elsewhere for a future promotional items.”

“Flag was good quality and everything expected there. Website was not clear on size. Ordered 8ft x 2ft... received 6ft by 2ft because size reflects post height as well. Disappointing. I guess fine print is buried on website, should be more transparent on order page. I give the flag five stars, the overall experience 1 star.”

“I like the flag, even though I was not able to use it. Unfortunately I did not get it on time for the event due to bad weather in TX. Also, I don't' understand why the pole and stand are so expensive. Is it possible for customers to buy the pole or the stand not both? Thank you”
