“We did not get the flag we ordered. The one we did get is the design you told me would be blurred, and it is blurred. Unfortunately we used it anyway since it was for the 4th of July. I sent you a message and you sent me back a message that you would get with the Art Department and let me know why you did not use the design I sent you that was not going to be blurry, it should have been very clear as the lady I spoke with said it would be. So what is going on, and why do we have a feather flag we are not happy with when we paid for the one that would be very clear and look so much better??????? I am very disappointed in your company and how you have handled this matter, and if you don't get back to me on getting this correct I will report this to the Better Business Bureau, and you will then be hearing from them.”

“I received the flags, which were the right size and color, however, the logo that I uploaded only partially printed on the flags. After a phone call, a request to send a picture, and 3 emails later, I am receiving a replacement for my order. I understand that errors happen and I'm not upset, it just took a little more work than I anticipated to resolve the issue. ETA: I have received follow up emails stating that I haven't responded and my ticket will be closed, even though I responded 10 days prior when FOTC emailed me. Another email asking for pictures I already provided. I am being very intentional to not be angry, but the delay and the miscommunication is beginning to wear on my patience.”
