“I paid extra for fast shipping. When they didn't come in I called and was told a machine broke down so they would be a day late. They refunded me 50% of shipping fee however it then took 2 more days for them to come in. #1 It would have been appreciated if they had contacted me before and let me know. I was very frustrated. Overall I like the feather banners.”
