“Ordering the person I spoke to on the phone was very good. But the getting the order was horrable. I ordered original order back in September 28th and received a email I would get Your Order Number: 74508060 and that my order should arrive by 10/4/2018. This order never came. I called on Oct 8th and talked to she said she wasnt sure what happened. She put in a new order and I should receive before the next event. This new Your Order Number: 74536390. I was told by putting it on the high priority it would get to me by the Oct 11th. I then received an email that the order was going to be shipped and I would receive on Oct 15th. I called again and then they said oh I will try to change the shipping and you should get on time. Well I never recieved untill yesturday. We had a event that we were unable again to use. Also the flag is not a very good print on the flag. It looks very blurry. When I first order I had the person helping me with adjusting the size and he said it would look great and size was good. I am not sure but we are not very happy at all. This is a signage that we will be using at Nation Multiple Sclerosis Society events. I also explained that when I ordered it. I wish we would have known because this is not very good reflection for us or your company. We would apprecitate any feed back from your company.
