“Customer service contacted me bc the graphic I supplied was too low resolution, and would not have looked good on the final feather flag. They provided me detailed instructions on how to get a higher resolution, which worked perfectly. The art department then contacted me to confirm they had received my updated graphic, and were going to realign it to match my original defeather flag. Great proactive service that stands out in an age of lack-luster mediocrity!”

“The flag was very thin, see though and the stitching looked like it from from a regular sewing machine. Wouldn't last through one good wind. I will hang it inside, not put it outside to attract business as planned. I was going to buy lots of flags, but I can't trust these.”
