“I ordered a double sided flag 15’ tall and it’s too heavy to even blow in the wind , it can’t even be read because it’s just too heavy and all bunched up. Wasted almost $200. Now have to order a new one that will be thin so it can actually fly like a flag should.”

“Two things weren't very satisfactory. I logged on to the website to get pricing for my client and the site gave all kinds of discounts. When I returned 3 days later after getting approval, the price was substantially higher and I made no money. In addition, they didn't send the stakes with the flags and I had to call and spend 15 minutes on the phone to get approval for what I had already paid for. Not a big problem except my client is very anxious to get this order and now they have to wait an extra week. I also asked for black thread and got white so overall, I will need to think twice about using this company again.”
