“I placed an order on May 28 and paid rush shipping charges to have it delivered by June 6, as I had an exhibition opening on June 7 for which I needed the feather flags. On June 2 i was informed that the flags will not be delivered on time. The flags were finally delivered om June 7 around noon, only to find out that we received the WRONG FLAGS (my company name is Foresight, i received flags with GUARDIAN logo). We will receive a full refund for the order, but it doesn't compensate for a brandless exhibition spot, as our logo was not displayed anywhere. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!”
