“The quality looks good. The customer service was helpful when I called in. I haven't put on the pole yet to try it out, so I feel like another review needs to be done after it's actually in use. I was a little unhappy that the word on the bottom "today" was a little covered up on the back and didn't show that way on the proof & was within the "safe area". Also, a tad bit of a bait & switch when I went to order it fully looked like an awesome deal was for 2 sided printing and as soon as I submitted the order (and assumed it was 2 sided since why would I only want it on one side) it doubled in price. I think pricing should be more up front boldly stating 1 side is this price and 2 sided is this price....”

“We never received the flag we ordered over 6 weeks ago. I have been sent two versions of an incorrect flag (the same incorrect flag sent twice). I've tried to contact customer service multiple times with no response- then they closed my ticket. There is no continuity in your customer service record. Would not recommend!”
