“We ordered a flag which is beautiful. However it came without the Paul. The gentleman on the phone said we could order a pole from Amazon. We ordered three poles to be sure we received it on time. All three polls are too fat for the skinny opening in the sleeve of the feather flag that we had ordered from your company. It was our only signage at a very important show that we needed more visibility for. I am very disappointed and now I stopped over apart from your company. The gentleman on the phone that helped us was very short and basically did not want to help us out with receiving faster shipping. It was going to cost me over $150 to have a Paul delivered on time. Needless to say we ordered from Amazon. When we got to the show none of the poles fit which was time-consuming and frustrating”

“We ordered two, double-sided feather flags for our Model Railroad Train Show that we will be having in July. I did a lot of research and my only concern was about our logo. I wasn't sure if the graphic would be large enough and we would end up with a pixilated logo on the flag. I called customer service and talked to Jason (I think that was his name) and he was VERY helpful and explained how to figure out the size needed. They shipped very quickly and came in two very sturdy and nice zippered carrying bags. The first thing I checked was the logo and it was perfect! I put one of them together, took a picture and sent it to the other two guys in our club that is helping me organize the event. I'm very happy with the flags, the process for online creation of the design and even the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company.”
