“I ordered a flag with a complete blacked out background and I was under the impression it was to be double sided like any other flag. Instead I got a flag that was see through and single sided. I It didn’t give me instructions as to do single or double sided print. It didn’t even say the base material was a see through material. On the selection list it just says black. This is unacceptable. I payed a lot of money for something I can’t use. What’s more interesting is that there are no returns unless it’s manufacturing defect or damaged. Really misleading. ALSO THE YELLOW I CHOSE TO BE AS THE PRINT COLOR IS NOT EVEN AS BRIGHT AS THE YELLOW COLOR THEY HAD ON THE COLOR PALLET. VERY UNFORTUNATE. I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO BUYING MORE PRODUCTS. IF THIS CAN BE RECTIFIED AND FIXED I WILL DEFINITELY APOLOGIZE FOR MY REVIEW AND I WILL MAKE A NEW REVIEW BASED UPON MY NEXT EXPERIENCES.”
