“Great product & even better customer service! I'm not exactly tech-savvy and I'll be the first to admit it. The logo I kept sending for our flag was not up to standard. The art/production people contacted me (several times) and walked me through the process of what type of logo would actually work best. I'm sure it was probably painful for them but I'm thankful they were so patient & offered so much support in order for me to get a great product. Thanks for the assistance! I'll be back to order some more flags! Don't worry though, I know what I need now. :)”

“Flag was much shorter than advertised in website. Not just the design page where it specifies 2' x 6', but even the main page which includes the length of stake. The actual flag size was less than four feet high and about 18" wide. They did provide a prompt refund net of shipping.”

“I uploaded a image from my photo library for a flag design. I followed up with the company, I wanted to cleanup the image, my photo was blurry. Customer service related related the design was permanent. Flag turned out terrible. Waste of $57.00. Very unhappy”
