“I wish someone told us that our design was too small, it is not readable . I wish this flag was wider and open up more and not wrinkle so much because it is so narrow that you can read nothing.”

“I didn’t order a feathered flag. I ordered a regular flag which was printed wrong… twice. Even after explaining my issue with a customer service representative, the flag I received did not match the mock-up I created on your website. The design was not centered and printed upside down. The issue could stem from the website’s mock up generator. The artwork window does not indicate the grommet location; the instruction just state “grommets are on the left side.” My design was for a vertical orientation, so I rotated the artwork so that the top was along the left and center. The mock up looked correct, however what I received was off-centered, upside down, and to the right. Very disappointing. It’s too bad, b/c the flag and print quality are fine. And, I needed to order multiple quantities. However, I lost trust that your outfit’s quality control and flag production.”

“I ordered 10ft flags and they were 7ft in length. I will say that the quality was good and I'm currently working with customer service, but the description on the website is below the customization option and difficult to locate. It also says that If ordering a 10 ft flag, they are actually 8ft ( very misleading ) and still not accurate because mine were NOT even 8ft.”
