“Warning: Design template is WAY off on aspect ratio. Attached is a photo of what we designed and another photo of what we received. The background color did not fill the flag as is should have, plus the logo is WAY to small from what we provided in their template. Furthermore, this company refused to make it right. They tried to get us to pay extra to get it reprinted how it should have been in the first place. Our flag looks so terrible we will never use it. Terrible company to work with.”

“Flag was beautifully made. I submitted a low resolution graphic and Flags on the Cheap used their software to clean up the pixilated lines. My flag turned out great and was made for a very reasonable price. Much lower than other companies. My flag was shipped quickly and arrived FAST! I'm really impressed by this company.”

“I purchased an advertised flag of 6’ that showed up only 4’. 6’ was height with stand. No where was that ever mentioned. I asked for a refund or a 6’ flag and they refunded my money and kept the $17 i paid for shipping. Very disappointed with false advertising and customer service response.”
