“I was super excited when I first considered a feather flag to help customers find my business which is just off the beaten path. The flag is beautiful, but one side is a bit pixelated--I had wished staff had reviewed and notified me prior to print--still, I would have no qualms ordering other merch from this vendor!”

“The quality of the flags and poles are excellent. It is the service that is rather lacking. We ordered 2-6' flags and 1-8' flag, but received 3-6' pole kits which rendered one of our flags useless. I reached out to customer service to rectify the situation as we had an event that we were supposed to have all of the flags for. I had to provide a picture of what we received to confirm the error. Once that was provided, they put in a replacement order for the pole. I thanked them, but asked if they could expedite the order and shipping since it was not our error that was in question, and the projected shipping time would not get the replacement pole to us in time for our event. I was told that the poles were not an item that could be expedited. After pressing the issue, I was then told that they were in Austin, TX and that there were no options for next day air out of TX. I find that extremely hard to believe, especially when there are no delay bulletins on any carrier websites. Needless to say, we did not have the flag for our event. Great product buy POOR SERVICE. I will find it hard to use them again.”
