“The flag didn't fit the pole that was included so we had to use our old pole from last year's flag. The colors are much more dull than I expected. Overall the flag is too small to even notice from 1/2 a block away.”

“I paid for the 13-Foot feather flag and the flag they sent me was 9.5-Feet. The support person Tamara had no idea what I was talking about (I don't think she is english native) because she kept responding with justifications that were not applicable. There is nothing in the purchase process or checkout that says the flag is actually almost 4 feet shorter than what you are ordering. Even the chart on their website with a height grid shows the 13-Foot flag at over 11.5-Foot tall with about 18" of pole to the ground.”
