“My order was completely unusable for the tradeshow it was ordered for. I don't know what that photo was on the opening page of this review. It certainly wasn't what I ordered First of all two orders were sent and both were totally wrong. Below are photos of what was received by my representative. This order should be replaced by Flags On The Cheap, it is obviously the fault of your company. It is totally unacceptable that I be required to pay for and keep this order as is.”

“After having received the box that clearly had been retapped and an important part of the contents was missing (the flag), with a distressing Friday call to customer service and needing the flag by Wednesday of the following week...the order was rushed through production, overnighted and received in time. It looks great and I will use Flags On The Cheap again and refer others...thank you!!”
