“I have mixed reviews on my experience with this product. First off, customer service is top notch and I give them 5 stars any day of the week. The stair tread I gave 4 stars because its made of a type plastic and not the same material the flooring is made of. The end result still looks nice and the product serves its purpose. Shipping is where I have a serious problem and I give a 1 star. I ordered 13 treads which means there are 26 angled ends cut onto the treads for open staircase design. 21 out of 26 ends were damaged in the thinnest cardboard boxes i have ever seen. If you arent using these for an open staircase then you will probably be able to cut the broken section off with no problems. If you are planning on open staircase design you better make sure you have all the material needed and checked over before starting. I will share some photos of the broken ends. Flooret, please make note of this boxing and shipping issue you have on these treads not having proper padding or support on the ends. Its a real issue that needs addressed”
