“I recently purchased the Victor Arista 14mm laminate flooring from Florette, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication about delivery was clear, timely, and well coordinated, which made the process very smooth. A few planks arrived with some shipping damage, but after I took photos and submitted them online, Florette promptly sent out replacements without any issues. The overall quality of the flooring is outstanding. Only a very small number of planks had minor edge imperfections, and those were quickly replaced as well. Installation went great—the planks locked together cleanly, and the seams came out tight and professional-looking. The appearance is beautiful, with a nice sheen and a visible textured finish that gives the floor a high-end look. The Victor Arista line is 14mm thick, and in my opinion one of the best products in the industry. The natural cork backing provides a quiet, solid feel underfoot, and the 7-inch plank width is just right—not too wide and not too narrow—giving my 2,000 sq ft home a balanced, upscale look. I also want to recognize Joseph, the sales representative who helped me throughout the process. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and supportive the entire way. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the service, and I highly recommend Florette and the Victor Arista flooring.”
