“The Dorset Signature flooring is stunning! From the first sample box to delivery and after, the customer service was top notch. The product was received ahead of schedule and it was beautiful and, according to the contractor, very easy to install. It was exactly what I was looking for! I can’t say enough good things about the product and the customer service!”

How would you rate the quality of this product? Top-notch

“The flooring is a very solid and a durable product. The larger planks are more difficult to handle but look good. The only real issue I had was getting some of the planks to lock together. I made sure there was nothing in the plank groves that lock together but still had troubles. Used a flooring install bar, wood blocks, and scraps of flooring to hammer on to the point of bending the metal bar and splintering the wood blocks or smashing the flooring to get the flooring to connect. If all the flooring clicked together easily this would be the perfect flooring.”

“Easy to install, looks beautiful, nice to walk on, not too light, not too dark, shows some crumbs but love it! Love that the wear layer is really thick.”
