“This is a very good quality LVP flooring. It is generally very easy to install and looks great. However, mid-way through the installation of room number one, we noticed inconsistancy between boxes. Some of the flooring had a subtle light color bevel and other boxes of flooring had a dark, pronounced, wider bevel that looked noticably different when installed and quite bad. We stopped the install and contacted Flooret, who had no explanation for the discrepancy. After looking at the situation, I found that some of the flooring was manufactured in Vietnam and some in Mexico under different lots. The lots from Vietnam had a very different bevel from those from Mexico and cannot be used interchageably in the same project. Upon contacting them, Flooret was polite and responsive, but they were ignorant to this very big issue with the lot variations and how the manufacturing location/lot impacted this. Eventually, they did make it right, but after several hiccups and quite a bit of delay on our product. I would hesitate to recommend this product given the lot variation and their lack of awareness of this big issue.”

“The feel and quality of Flooret signature LVP is amazing. I love that Flooret has put the effort in to make an excellent looking product. I have not completed my install yet but it is going well so far. The planks lock together easily and it looks amazing.”

“We are very happy with our Lato floors. We had 1500 square feet installed and it took the team only three days. It really lightens up our home and makes it feel contemporary. It is easy to maintain and while it shows some dirt, it doesn’t show cat fur! Yay! I sue a swiffer and Bona on it and it’s simple to keep it clean. My cats sometimes pee on the floor, which is why I wanted this type of flooring and I can say they don’t seem to be able to damage to floor with their misses. I would definitely recommend close inspection of the stair treads as they do not match in color or style. I had the all in one stair treads pulled out and redone with planks and stair noses to better match the overall look of the flooring. The floor is not slippery and is comfortable to walk on. It is even quieter than our old laminate floor was. It’s a really nice upgrade to our home.”

“Very pleased with the quality. Didn’t break while installing. My friend and I worked from several boxes at a time to avoid putting repeated patterns too close together. It looks beautiful and feels beautiful. We are very happy with the whole process.”
