Delivery truck tried to give me a different product completely but Flooret was on it and great customer service was really appreciated. When items did arrive they were a bit damaged but still viable. Overall completely satisfied and highly recommended!!!”
“Picking out our floor covering was the hardest task for our remodel. We are also putting in a new kitchen. I found Flooret when I searched best commercial grade luxury vinyl plank. I had purchased 2 small color samples Ashford & Arbor. Then I purchased 2 full size planks of Arbor and Madeira. We had also shopped locally and brought home quite a few samples as well. We finally decided on Madeira! We love it. We have an open concept and installed it in our kitchen, dining, living room, hallway and laundry room. It’s so quiet. And I love the wide planks and the fact that it’s waterproof! Our contractor was impressed with the wear layer and said he would put it in his house. He couldn’t believe the quality for the price. We have told everyone about it and the fact it’s direct to consumer. We will definitely use Flooret when changing anymore flooring in our house. We are Very happy customers.”

“Love the flooring. Quality product, very hefty and robust. Installed it with essentially NO Waste. Looks terrific. Purchased the extra amount for waste using Flooret's calculator, and now I need to return it. Went down easy. Feels good, looks good. My 2 100lb dogs have yet to leave a mark. One thing that should be improved is the shipping pallets. I bought 2 pallets worth. Both pallets are made of soft wood and are too light weight for the weight of the flooring. They were coming apart on the drivers as they unloaded and we were lucky to get them up the driveway.”
“This, in the end, is a wonderful product! I had never before installed this type of flooring.
I might make a couple negative comments but would do this again in a heartbeat.
The third party that delivered the product left a bit to be desired.
During installation I found it difficult - if not impossible - to tap in the planks along the long axis as was necessary in a couple tight corners when the plank had to be flat to the ground. Taping them in on the short axis was straight forward and mostly went well - but on occasion this too did not go well and seemed sticky.
I did find that 10% extra was more than enough even though I had some tight closets to put the closet into.
Madeira looks fantastic but it does show dirt easily. Keeping it clean is however easy.”
