“Updated review: I had an issue with my flooring and flooret made it right. I would recommend and will buy flooring from them in the future. This floor was already installed in a house I recently purchased. I ordered more flooring to finish the rest of the house. It's a beautiful floor and still looks new even 2 years later. During this order I ordered 2 boxes which came from FedEx (I didn't order enough the first time). Both boxes had damaged pieces. I would recommend ordering enough flooring that comes on a pallet.”

“This wasn’t an easy room. 625 square feet with a set of stairs in the middle. There was also 5 doors, yup! My son and daughter in law installed it and it looks beautiful. We had to move furniture in it, dropped tools and not a scratch. It was fairly priced and customer service was very good. Fast shipping, the entire process was great. I would definitely purchase this flooring again. Thanks Flooret, another happy customer.”

“Super nice looking floor. Easy to install. But we just installed it and it already seems to have some scratches. I do not think this will hold up well. I would definitely not recommend the base model.”

While our base series flooring is designed to provide an affordable and durable option for many households, it may show wear more quickly in high-traffic areas or when exposed to furniture movement, pet nails, or debris tracked in from outdoors. A few steps that may help minimize and prevent additional scratching include: • Installing felt pads under furniture legs and replacing them periodically as they wear. • Using protective mats or rugs in entryways and other high-traffic areas. • Keeping pet nails trimmed. • Regularly sweeping or vacuuming to remove dirt and grit that can act like sandpaper on the floor surface. • Avoiding dragging heavy furniture directly across the flooring. For existing light scratches, a flooring repair kit or color-matched touch-up product may help improve the appearance, depending on the depth of the scratch. “I looked for quite awhile for the right floor in both color and quality to use for our whole house reno. One of my concerns with laminate flooring is the noise some of them make when you walk on it, the tap, tap, tab. This floor does not do that. The padding on the bottom actually makes it noiseless and even comfortable to walk on. It's a very good product. Love the quality. My husband installed it with 2 others. Went together very easily. The house isn't finished yet but the floor is. Love, love the look.”
