“We absolutely love our flooring! We did end up pulling the lightest plank from each box. Not Flooret’s fault, other than perhaps this one plank being quite a bit lighter than the other 4. Our installer would not agree to assort these light planks evenly, initially they were all in one row. We made them take this up and to prevent it happening again we simply pulled them all. Just something to keep in mind…watch your installer work!”

“The Modin Soho Signature is an incredible looking product. I LOVE the LARGE planks and the color. It's a bit more yellow than I initially expected, but it blends perfectly with a white + gold decor combination. The planks feel very high quality. We accidentely dragged a heavy black-metal box spring over the floor during moving and it left a black scratch. I was able to get 95% of it out with a baking soda paste + vinegar. It will defintely stand the test of time to our dog and children! I can't reccomend it enough - very well priced for what you get and looks significantly higher quality than any of the cheap hardware LVP on the market. Buy, buy, buy!!!”

“Fantastic flooring from the moment you remove them from the box. They are certainly thick and durable. They were very quick and easy to install and fit tight. Even smaller pieces went in easy, which is not the case with cheaper, box-store flooring. Love the finished product, brightened our home, and will continue to do so for years. Added surprise was the texture of the flooring, feels great and difficult to slip on (even with toddlers sprinting through in socks!)”

“Lovely blonde non-distressed color that was hard to find elsewhere. Expecting this will be a hardwearing classic that won’t look dated in 5 years when the aged barn wood look is out. Slightly more repetitive in pattern than I expected but overall it’s understated so I don’t think that will stand out. Wide planks made install faster.”

“The perfect color. Love how the warmth and richness changes with the light throughout the day. We have chantilly lace white walls and black windows, and the soho looks just warm enough without pulling yellow.”
