Did you hire an installer? I installed it myself
Finished floor surpassed my expectations so much so that I ordered more to do the rest of the house.

Sutton Base is a beautiful design and lighter color that I love.

We put this less costly flooring in a rental apartment. It looks fine and will probably wear ok for what we need it to do. If I compare it to your better flooring which we put in our own space, it's not nearly as good. However it costs less of course. Once you live with and install the best quality, everything else will feel inferior. The thickness, size of planks, look and durability of your other high quality flooring is amazing. The base quality is good not great.

We love our floor! We went with Sutton Base because we weren't trying to break the bank, and it was absolutely the best value we could find out on the market. My favorite part of Flooret floor is that the texture matches the print so it looks like real hardwood. Every other LVP I looked at had mismatching texture/pattern so you could tell it was vinyl. Everyone who sees it loves it too. It was super easy to install after watching a few videos (I highly recommend the "So That's How You Do That" series with Joel on YouTube. So helpful!) I have had a couple scratches occur where an old brick was pushed across the floor in our bedroom (it was being used as a doorstop and admittedly shouldn't have been), but the scratches aren't too noticeable especially because of the wire-brush grain pattern. We also have a sunken living room so the landing was a little tricky to complete with the stair nosing since it's quite long and has a couple angles, but we just cut and glued everything along the edge and it looks great. And we used baseboard below the nosing instead of risers. I recommend Flooret to everyone!
