“After looking at a million and one different flooring samples, I went with Flooret's Modin Signature LVP in Windsor with the micro-beveled edges. I'm so glad I did! We installed it throughout our subterranean basement in Portland, OR where using a waterproof material was an absolute must. The wood grain patterning looks realistic, the feel of the flooring is soft underfoot, and I really I love the warmth of the Windsor color way, which more closely matched the yellowed-varnish finish throughout the rest of our 1901 Dutch colonial. Our installer was unfamiliar with the product but was very impressed and said he would recommend it to future clients.”
