“Before our remodel, our subterranean basement (with carpet installed right over the concrete slab) was measuring at 70+% humidity. Two days after installing the vapor barrier and modin LVP flooring on top, the hygrometers on two different corners of the room read 47 and 49. A huge difference, even though it had been raining the whole week.”
