“The Base model breaks very easily. I was sold on the Kingswood base but my installer talked me out of it because the over all thickness the grooves could break easily. However I did purchase the Kingswood Craftsman and it turned out great. Highly recommend paying a little more for the craftsman. Pictures are Kingswood Craftsman.”

“The presentation was great. I ordered a sample set from another major seller and received a cardboard box with loose tiles. This came in a nice box with a nice mission statement and gave the general impression of great care. I particularly loved the feature of the website to 3d layer the floor I decided on over a picture of my space. I was surprised and expected it to be hokey, but was pleased with the result.”
