“I like the soft feel under foot and the realistic grain. I am looking for a traditional darker floor, but this may be darker than I am looking for.”

“Got a sample of the modin base and modin signature. Both appear to be very nice and much less expensive than flooring with a comparable wear layer. I ended up ordering the Arbor base for our basement ant also ordered a box of the signature to put on the steps.”
