““I ordered the LVP sample kit as I plan to redo most of the flooring in my home. The samples were beautiful, and we really liked the color options. However, when it came time to place the order, the flooring rep who had initially reached out promised a discount that was not honored. Additionally, shipping was $200 per order. Since we live in the home and need to complete the project room by room, paying $200 in shipping each time felt unreasonable. We ultimately chose a nearly identical LVP option from Costco at a better price point, with no shipping costs.”

“There were plenty of samples but very limited darker options. I had two choices for darker options and neither matched. It’s too bad because it looks like a great product and we are definitely in the market to buy.”
