“One of the pieces arrived broken. It must have been broken prior to shipping as the broken piece was not in the box.”

Hi Karen Thank you for reaching out. I am so sorry for the confusion and frustration regarding the appearance of your herringbone plank sample! Herringbone patterns require a unique locking mechanism design on specific ends to allow the geometric installation to lock together properly. Because of this, certain planks naturally omit a traditional edge, which can easily look like a missing or broken piece at first glance. We would love to connect and ensure your installation goes smoothly. Please reach out to our team directly at 1-800-700-8122 or support@flooret.com so we can verify the piece and answer any installation questions!

“I really like the color but honestly I wish it had more of a shine or gloss to it.”

“Loved seeing and comparing all the options. You can see the difference in the wear layer between 20 mil (base) and 40 mil (others). Very high quality. I was going to get something cheaper but I think I’m going to invest and get one of these.”

“The flooring is beautiful. I really like Comparison Kit, it lets you look at the individual lvp on your own time and at your own home. It allows someone to make a decision on what would look good with their lighting and decor, without the guessing that goes along with the big box stores.”
