How would you rate the quality of this product? Top-notch

“The sample was obviously high quality, but I do not prefer the lower gloss texture because, just my opinion, floors that are more matte always feel like they need cleaned. I prefer a more semi gloss or gloss traditional feel. I ordered at least three different samples which were great, I just didn't find the right texture for my personal preference.”

“Your reps on phone did not send butt joint so I was no able to lock the samples at the butt only on the long Joint. Very upset that so Far its just waisted time that I paid you for. Teach your reps how to listen.”
