Bold, dramatic, inspiring. With color variation that never grows old, this floor is not for the faint of heart. But for those who follow where Dover leads, there is nothing quite like it. Samples are 12" cut pieces from planks. Good for inspecting the wear layer, texture, and color.

“We're really impressed with the Modin flooring. While the Dover looks nice we've narrowed our choice down to Arlo which works better for our kitchen. I think it would be ideal for someone to order multiple samples of a floor color that has multiple shades in it to get a better idea of how it will look in their room. Or, even better, use the Room Studio feature online to see what it will look like in the entire room.”

“I am installing in my restaurant and this flooring looks rich! I got it certified as food service compliant from the county! It is, by far, the thickest wear layer of any of the floors I evaluated and has the best commercial warranty!”

“Samples came very quickly. Sample was beautiful and of good quality. I did expect it darker but color is beautiful and I am considering it for my kitchen.”

“The samples are great, colors are good just wish the samples were a little cheaper 3 dollars a piece is a little expensive. Especially when you need to order 3”
