How would you rate the quality of this product? Top-notch
This floor is the only gray floor that Flooret sells. The others are labeled gray but are very brown or beige, in my opinion. This floor is way too dark for us, and it would be nice if Flooret could come out with a trellis gray floor.

How would you rate the quality of this product? Top-notch
When I received the samples from Flooret it stated on the box to get prepared to be “Floored by Flooret", and I guess that was true! Although we aren't looking to build our new house until June/July sometime, I like to get things sorted out before then. I like to do a considerable amount of research before I go with a specific item such as flooring. I am going to have radiant floor heat so my initial research indicated that porcelain tile would be the best conductor of heat, followed by ceramic tile as another option. I was focusing mostly on porcelain tile but it looked very cold and hard to stand on and the prices were extremely high and installation required special cutting saws and more work and more money to install. My wife likes the looks of luxury vinyl plank so I've been focusing on that ever since. In researching I came across several websites that reviewed the best types of luxury vinyl plank and I learned there were several types that I did not previously know about. My research concluded that either wood plastic composite or rigid core/mineral core planks would be the best, especially since we plan to install floor radient heat. I liked the WPC for it's softer feel under your feet, while the ridgid core conducts heat better and lasts longer. One of the reviews that I read listed several good manufactures of rigid core floor panels and that review suggested Flooret as a good floor panel due to its make up and low price for consumers. One of the biggest advantages that Flooret offers is to cut out the middleman and the ability to order direct from the manufacturer. Another reason why I was drawn to Flooret flooring after doing some exstensive research is that Flooret is one of the better picks for flooring because of the very thick wear layer their flooring offers, which is some of the best on the market. By the time I first started looking at Flooret as a real possibility for us, I had pretty much educated myself on all the differences and nuances in this type of flooring. When I looked at the Flooret's website I was really impressed with all its features, which quite frankly, blows away other competitors flooring at a much more reasonable price! One of the review articles I read called floorets flooring the "Incredible Hulk" of all floors! I would definitely agree with that analogy! Some of the things that impressed me the most were the impressive pricing by ordering directly from the manufacture. They also offer a very reasonable $199 nationwide shipping and proudly advertise this as opposed to some of their other competitors that hide this cost until it's time to buy, and then you're left with sticker shock for what they're charging for shipping. They also offer wider planks that seem to be the trend these days. Flooret is one of the most durable LVP floors that I came across in my research, if not the most durable! Flooret offers a generous six months return policy, great warranty, and offer customer support after the sale so you're not left holding the bag when something goes wrong after the sale. But that's not all, it's what makes up the Flooret floorings material that makes this flooring better than the others! They have one of the thickest, if not the thickest wear layers on the market at 20 or 40 Mil. Their product will not expel harmful pollutants into the air like some others do, especially when using radiant floor heat. The aluminum oxide scratch resistant coating is one of the best coatings out there in the market and it doesn't stop there. Flooret actually offers texture to go with their planks that also include optional sized bevels that make each plank look so generally real. The planks come standard with a softer underlayment that helps reduce noise and a hardness under foot. Unlike the ceramic tiles that I have in my bathroom currently, where you can see each tile is the same repeated pattern over and over again that makes the overall look kind of boring, Flooret's patterns vary considerably, making the flooring come alive and less boring to look at. I also must say, even though I will be hiring someone to lay this flooring, it definitely would not be a challenge for any DIY project. The panels click in together very simply, and are completely waterproof after being laid. Finally, Flooret offers a pretty good selection of colors and looks to meet the varying needs of the customers. That's pretty much my synopsis of Florette floors and what I like about them. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to do a new flooring project to take a look at what Flooret offers and see for themselves if this product would be a good fit for their own flooring needs and to get "Floored by Flooret" for themselves like I did! Thank you, Nate Thompson.
