How would you rate the quality of this product? Top-notch

“The good: Feels like quality product that is going to last, install has gone well, and Flooret service is great. Also fairly happy with the color/tone of Kingswood. Finally, product ships very quickly for coming via freight (and with almost no damage to the edges). The bad: 1) I didn't anticipate not loving the surface of the floor -- it's a super matte finish that feels a little gritty on barefoot and doesn't allow any of my chairs, kids high chairs, etc. to slide easily at all. My last LVP floor had more of a sheen to it that both allowed things to move better and, frankly, felt like it hid spills better between moppings. 2) Was also disappointed that the delivery driver wouldn't use the liftgate due to weight concerns. So my 70-year-old father-in-law had to haul the boxes in box by box off the back of the truck and it led to my quarter round going missing (likely still on the truck -- Flooret support was great and fixed this for me, to be sure). 3) Finally, it could be an install issue but I don't love that I have a few areas of "travel" where the product flexes up and down on my concrete floor. We checked for level as we went and everything was within 1/16", but I'm having the issue never the less (which, admitedly, might not be a product problem).”
