How would you rate the quality of this product? Could be better

“The finish looks ok and the wear layer (even 20mil in base) seems like a steal compared to other brands where the base line is mostly around 10-12mil. After receiving the samples though, it was clear that the click connection is the poorest of all the samples we reviewed so far (and we had many). With the pressure of a thumb it just broke off. Even the “cheap” options from Lowe’s or Floor&Decor don’t break from just the pressure of a finger. The look/feel and wear layer seem great, but the connections need to be improved drastically”

How would you rate the quality of this product? Top-notch

“We mostly liked the Kingswood samples, and that was the one we had liked most in the first place. But we decided to order additional samples individually and they were only $1 a piece, .50c in many cases, so we got a box of 13 samples ordered that only cost us $10. Instead of the original Comparison kit which cost me $20 for 9 samples. I like the flooring for sure, I think we will definitely be going with it, but I just want to make sure we order the one that we think looks the nicest for our bathroom. The only other concerning thing is that for a small shipment like ours will be, the shipping cost really stacks up and adds to the cost. I wish they had a better, more affordable, shipping system for smaller orders (4-5 boxes). The max $199 shipping is great if you're flooring your entire house, but when you're doing renovations room by room like we are, this additional cost really eats into the budget.”

“The sample kit was delivered very quickly and the packaging is the best in the industry. Sample pieces are a very good size, not skimpy drop pieces but a size you can actually get a good idea of your project. I’m very impressed.”

“This is a great way to see the difference between the three types of floor and get a range of colors to get started in narrowing down which color works for you. The samples are large enough to get a feel of the contruction and feel to step on.”
