“Three boxes were recieved in very secure packaging and on my inspection all pieces of flooring had no damage to the interlocking edges. Quality of samples exceeded similiar flooring seen at the big box stores and other vendors. Nakan has nice variation of pieces and the color is really nice. Prompt timely delivery. Customer service was excellent.”

“We ordered the micro samples of Nakan and Kora. The micro size samples are a great size for solid colors like kora but for Nakan that has multiple tones in one board it didn’t show the full variation on the sample. The piece we received was the lightest shade of Nakan, so it actually looked lighter than Kora even though Nakan is supposed to be darker overall, so we ordered a few more sables of Nakan to get a better idea of the coloring. Flooret than called us to check if we liked our samples after spending hours on their website being indecisive lol, their customer service was amazing, they were very helpful they sent us photos of both colors fully installed in real homes They went above and beyond to make sure we understood the products. Definitely a 5-star experience!”
