“Although the standard samples are a generous size and allowed us to narrow our selection down to the Nakan, it was difficult to gauge the overall look and allow us to commit. By ordering four full-size planks, we were able to see the variation and test the joints which allowed us to make the decision to purchase. The processing and shipping time was surprisingly quick and allowed us to progress from the initial sample order to receipt of the planks in just over a week. As others have experienced, though, damage did occur during transit - the box had evidently been dropped on its side and on a sharp edge which broke the joints on each piece in the same spot.”
