“I ordered several color samples in the craftsman line and ultimately did not go with this color because it was too yellow toned for my cherry stained cabinets. Ultimately I went with the taupier light shade, the Takan, but that does not change my review of this product as being top notch. If you're looking for a lovely natural shade flooring the color of straw with not a lot of tone changes between planks, and your surroundings aren't too red for it, this is an excellent choice. Of the many samples of other brands I've looked at its clear that these are superior in every way. The click mechanism actually clicks, and you can hold three attached samples together in the air by just one edge once they are locked in place and they are so tight they look like one piece. The scratch resistance is as good or better than other top brands, and my test is to grind a fork against them as hard as I can. It's a tough test because I have very large heavy dogs making sliding turns around corners to catch sight of the mailman on a daily basis. These were very hard to damage, and while I was capable at just the right angle, even the gouge I made was acceptably hard to see. I'm really excited to have this flooring installed in my chosen color.”

“Ordered 2 samples each of Craftsman Nakan and Soho. I was able to see how great a product it is and which one would be better in our home. We love the narrow planks as they fit in better with our other original flooring. They have a different sheen than the wood floors but they’re separated visually by a kitchen and dining area so we feel it will be a great choice. Loved the “try this flooring in your own room” online feature as that helped us confirm which one would look best.”
