Hi Monica, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I completely understand how disappointing it is when the color variation in your flooring doesn't match what you envisioned for your space. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this has caused. While our base and craftsman lines share the exact same print film, natural color variations between individual planks is a design aspect that helps the vinyl material resemble a real hardwood. We want to ensure you are entirely happy with your final look. Please reach out directly to our customer service team at 1-800-700-8122 or support@flooret.com so we can work with you to find a resolution.

“The gray color goes with my furniture and preferences. I wish I could find a local company to install it and get more detail on where it would be left on delivery.”
