“My overall experience of Flooret was not great. Our delivery was late almost a week and I had to push out multiple contractors because of it. We also lost PTO days because we had planned on taking work off and by the time we found out the floors weren’t coming, it was too late. I was also told I would get a 25% back when I called explaining the situation, but they only provided 25% back on a smaller order that I had placed. After following up multiple times with no response via email (around 7 times), I had no choice but to give up. When I reached out about returning unused floors, I immediately got a response (go figure). The floors look great, but the customer service was a big let down and for that reason, I wouldn’t recommend Flooret to others.”

How would you rate the quality of this product? Could be better

“Our Freight Return Kit arrived with parts that didn’t match Flooret’s online description. When we alerted customer service, we were told to use the pieces we’d received which frankly didn’t feel right. After a series of multiple email exchanges, Flooret finally agreed to issue a refund and send a correct replacement kit. While I’m relieved they made it right in the end, the lack of timely, straightforward support was disappointing. From other reviews, this appears to happen more often than it should. I don't think it's a high bar for customers to be able to expect the kit to contain the advertised components, especially when you have to pay extra for the kit.”

“the idea is good, the instuctions dont match the instructions from the representative, which caused confusion & delays. i would think with the coast of shipping flooring I purchased back to Flooret, the freight return kit should be provided at no charge.”

“One suggestion is to remind customers that they should save their pallet for possible re use if there is a return. We disposed of ours after the initial delivery and should have held onto it for this purpose.”
