“Hi when I ordered my wood the first contact was very good, I was told I would get a phone call the day before it was due, I did not get that phone call, on the day of delivery I phone the company and asked why I did not get that phone call, I was then told your wood is not coming today it is coming tomorow due to a transport problem,,so why was I not told the day before until I phone the company the next day I was told my wood will arrive between 8 and 10 however at 1020 it had not arrived I was told by a office lady the driver was running late when the wood arrived the asked driver why he was running late, he said I am not running late I have just started work, If you have a problem with your logistics why can’t you tell your customers and be honest”
