“I was actually wanting a V2 due to some of the features being worked on over the V1, however after visiting the Miami shop and riding the V1 they had there, I couldnt pass up the deal and bought it before my journey back home up North.....
I was sent the V2 kit after a quick email and when I got it, installed it immediately however the new V2 throttle gave me issues and an error which rendered the scooter inoperable so I was forced to switched back to the V1 throttle and Display”
“I'm still in the deliberation phase with the "upgraded" throttle. Response does seem to be a bit better, but it still feels touchy and the scooter can pull away from you suddenly. The brighter display is a welcome addition, also.
With these items essentially being a necessary upgrade to the original model that should have probably had them to begin with, I can't say that I was thrilled with still having to foot the payment for shipping, but the value still holds with the upgraded items.”

“Recently received the V2 Upgrade Kit for my V1 Phantom. The kit was shipped on time and was easy to install.
The good:
Install was easy and fixed the mechanical issues with the neck and lock ring.
Display is finally readable in daylight!
The bad and hence 4 star rating:
The throttle is improved over the V1 but still needs work. In dual motor mode there is a big dead zone from off that results in violent lurching at low speed.
In single motor mode it is acceptable but could still be smoother.
Looking forward to the V3 smooth throttle uograde.”
