The lost half star is because my stem clamp arrived quite rusty. And, I think the way the cooling fins on the hydraulic brake pads are able to get caught in the tread of the tire is a horrible oversight. It would destroy the brakes or crash the scooter if this happens to you while riding. I had to take a file and remove several millimeters of the cooling fin to trust that the tire can no longer catch the brakes. FFR sent me some instructions to true up the wheel and brake disc, but any system with the issue I saw cannot be fixed by aligning things better, since a pothole or unexpected force could misalign the wheel again. Huge oversight on the hydraulic brakes, and big safety issue. Tbh you probably don't need hydraulic brakes as the regen brakes are serious (usually)”
