“The team managed to fix my scooter so I'm happy. However the way it played out could have been better. I was first told the team would look at it. I specifically asked for a quote before performing the repairs but was never given one. Then I was told the scooter couldn't be fixed, and a few weeks later told I needed to come pick up my now fixed scooter. In the end the price was ok but I would have preferred knowing in advance as I requested. Also the flip flip between, won't fix and fix was confusing..”
